conceptart.org - aesthetically pleasing site. The way it presents the artists in thumbnails, which lead to more thumbnails is actually a very efficient way to deal with the massive amount of images available.
www.gorillaz.com - lots of great flash movies seamlessly put together with an easily navigable site, and simple layout. The navigation (once you enter "Kong") becomes almost a mini game, or world you explore.
