My website will be a presentation of my thought processes going through a brainstorm session.

As the user enters the site he will have a play head option at the bottom, similar to a DVD player's interface. The screen will be white and as the user progresses more figures are added to the sketch. Eventually the page will be filled with overlapping, intertwined figures.

The user will also be able to click a figure and have it highlighted, and if possible, isolated.

For my purely graphic website I want to create a nonlinear exploration through one of my "exploratory sketches". Exploratory sketches are overlapping interlacing faces that create new characters that I then emphasize in an attempt to create new creations from my subconscious, often times I allow one thought to immediately go into another without hesitation. The website will begin with the a still of an empty page with just one face or figure in the center with the words "click me" written in the middle. As the user clicks a new figure is overlapped and intertwined with the previous. A previous figure can be clicked to go back to that stage of the drawing.

Through this the user will actually go through my thought process first-hand. The sketches aren't always the most technically sound, but the emphasis is on the process.

Over 35 intertwining, overlapping figures.
Each with its own independent "still" of an "Exploratory Drawing"

Well Designed Sites

www.c4dcafe.com - I used this site to teach me how to use Cinema 4d within a week. Ive found not only the information to be useful, but how clearly and easily the information is obtained. Navigation is straight forward, and you never feel "lost" despite the in depth website.

conceptart.org - aesthetically pleasing site. The way it presents the artists in thumbnails, which lead to more thumbnails is actually a very efficient way to deal with the massive amount of images available.

www.gorillaz.com - lots of great flash movies seamlessly put together with an easily navigable site, and simple layout. The navigation (once you enter "Kong") becomes almost a mini game, or world you explore.
